bouquet shows crunchy apple, pomegranate, wild strawberry and lemon peel notes, leading to a brilliantly focused palate displaying linear mouthfeel, backed by perfectly pitched acidity. It's taut and refined with saline texture, offering fabulous drinking. At its best: now to 2027.
